
Emily Crawford, DVM
Owner, Veterinarian
Emily Crawford is the founder and owner of Waterbury Veterinary Hospital. She is Fear Free certified. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1999, fulfilling her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. During veterinary school she worked as an emergency equine technician and also as a research assistant studying cancer treatments in dogs and people.
After receiving her veterinary degree she received additional training at the Angell Animal Medical Center of Western New England during a year-long internship. She moved to Vermont in June, 2000 and has practiced here since. She opened Waterbury Veterinary Hospital in 2011.
Her specific areas of interest include oncology, feline-specific diseases, pain management and geriatric care. She enjoys challenging medical cases and prides herself on Waterbury Veterinary Hospital's level of quality care. When not practicing medicine at WVH she enjoys gardening, mountain biking, and Nordic skiing. She lives in Waterbury Center with her husband Nolan, kids Sophie and Evan, dog Otter, and cats Hanks and Willow.

Rebecca Farrell,DVM
Managing Veterinarian
Becci, a native Burlington Vermonter, always dreamed of being a veterinarian. In 2001 she received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University. Dr. Becci is Fear Free certified.
She has been in small animal practice in Vermont ever since. Becci and her husband John, a fellow veterinary classmate, live in Charlotte with their two children Miles and Hadley, cat Tonks and new puppy Sprout. In her free time Becci enjoys reading, cooking and skiing.

Kristen Guldbech, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Kristen Guldbech grew up in New Jersey. Before attending veterinary school, she got her Masters in Animal and Dairy Science at the University of Georgia. She then attended St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. During her time in Grenada, she was part of a program that would travel around the island and help provide spaying, neutering, and veterinary care to the local pets most in need. After Grenada, she did her clinical year at Iowa State University. After a year in the Midwest, she missed the mountains and decided to move back to the East Coast.
Since beginning in private practice, she has made several trips with volunteer organizations dedicated to providing population control and rabies vaccinations to endemic countries to help in trying to reduce rabies cases worldwide.
Her special veterinary interests include internal medicine, theriogenology, and worldwide rabies prevention.
In her spare time, Dr. Guldbech likes making pottery, knitting, traveling, hiking, camping, and cooking, especially baking.
