Waterbury Veterinary Hospital is happily accepting new clients. Feel free to call the office to have an account created over the phone, or you can use our online system to create one below.

We ask that your pets previous history and records (if any) are forwarded to the office prior to your appointment.  This allows a staff member to review the medical history in depth before the appointment time. We are happy to help facilitate aquiring records; just ask!
